Counselling

Counselling

Most of us have times when we feel angry, frustrated, miserable or stuck in a struggle with life.  Friends and family can be supportive, but there may be things we prefer not to discuss for fear of worrying or overburdening them.  At these times it is useful to talk to someone impartial, who is trained to listen carefully and understand difficulties from your point of view.

Counselling provides people with the opportunity to discuss and explore personal issues in a neutral, safe place with someone who is trustworthy.
